Refund policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cancel Policy
<\/strong>Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping. As it has started shipping, what you need to do is wait for your parcel delivery and then start a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns & Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 business days of receipt for most items in new condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we\u2019ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. 
Return Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • You have 30 business days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 business days of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Return Charge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If the return is due to the buyer\u2019s problem (such as: don\u2019t like\/wanting the item or ordering the wrong product\/size), we will also provide a full refund for you, but buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds (if applicable)<\/strong>
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)<\/strong>
      If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@specialfashion.store<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Sale items (if applicable)<\/strong>
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Exchanges (if applicable)<\/strong>
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@specialfashion.store.
      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
      If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
