This cover is ridiculously soft! I got it to protect my newly covered stool from my son….he can make a mess of fabrics in a quick minute. I¡¯ve washed it only once so far but it came out fine, still soft and held its shape. The material is very stretchy to cover many different still sizes, my stools have the metal ladder backing and a seat.
