- Align the front of the lid with the front of the barrel.
- Press firmly on the back of the cover.
- Clamp the buckle around (if the buckle is not good enough to press down, you can press the cover to buckle the buckle).

Nice container to storing my wild rice. The shape makes it easy to grip and bring down from a shelf. I did have so issues with the lock down do to a possible warping. But, this has seemed to work itself out.
Nice quality and I like the little measurement cup and how it screws on the top. I wish it was a little bigger. Only big enough for about 3/4 of a small bag of dry food.
Just received. My cat has this habit of chewing holes into the bag of dry food when no one is looking so, definitely needed something to store her food in. This looks so much smaller than the pictures but it is perfect for me and seems to be air tight to keep freshness . I typically buy a 3 – 3.5lbs bag of dry food and it fit just fine.
