Slipcovers are one of those things that I am always reluctant to purchase as they are rarely the perfect fit and often look messy. I took a chance on this one as the original chair had a striped upholstery fabric that clashed with the new quilt I purchased for the room. It took me a bit of finagling to get it on right, but I think the result was great. It's not a chair that is used much as it sitsin a guest room, so I cannot speak to how often it would need to be adjusted if people sat in it regularly. But, for my purposes, it certainly solved the decorating issue and I am happy with the purchase.
